🚚 Delivery

How quickly can I receive my order?

We offer two types of delivery:

  • Delivery Today: Order before 4:30 pm on weekdays and Saturdays (10:30 am on Sundays) for same-day delivery by a local florist near the delivery location.
  • Delivery Tomorrow: Depending on the selected bouquet and day of the week, delivery by a local florist or carrier the day after the order.

Delivery times may vary depending on your order time. Consult our dedicated page to see bouquets available for same-day delivery.

Do you deliver throughout France?

Yes, we deliver throughout mainland France, excluding Corsica and overseas territories (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia and the French Southern and Antarctic Lands).

How does delivery work?

Depending on the delivery date and chosen bouquet, here are our 'standard' delivery procedures:

  • Delivery by a Local Florist: once the order is placed, the florist prepares your flower bouquet and delivers it according to their schedule, generally for orders placed before noon delivery takes place between noon and two or early afternoon, for an order placed in the afternoon, delivery takes place in early evening. These deliveries are provided all year round, 7 days a week.
  • Delivery by Parcel / Carrier / Courier: these orders are generally delivered between 9am and 6pm. These deliveries are provided all year round, Monday to Saturday.
Can I choose the delivery time?

Our deliveries are made during the day, generally between 9am and 7pm. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the delivery time.

What happens if the recipient is absent?

In the event of absence, our delivery person leaves a notice of attempted delivery with their contact details, almost always accompanied by a text message or phone call/voicemail to the recipient. The recipient can then:

  • Arrange a new delivery slot
  • Collect the bouquet from the partner florist
  • Indicate a secure deposit location (neighbour, concierge...)
  • In the case of delivery by carrier, a new presentation of the parcel will take place the day after the first attempt (excluding Sundays) between 8am and 1pm if no contact could be established with the recipient

How fresh are your flowers?

Our flowers are selected with the utmost care and delivered ultra-fresh by professional florists or packaged in special parcels to preserve their quality if the bouquet is delivered by carrier/courier.

Each bouquet is crafted on the day of delivery to guarantee optimal quality and maximum longevity (7 days minimum on average with proper care).

What sizes of bouquets do you offer?

We offer three sizes of bouquets:

  • Size S: Elegant bouquet of 20 to 30 flowers
  • Size M: Generous bouquet of 40 to 60 flowers
  • Size L: Spectacular bouquet of 80 to 100 flowers

All our bouquets are available in several dominant colours: red, white, pink, multicoloured and pastel.

Will the delivered bouquet be identical to the photo?

Our photos are representative of the style and quality of our bouquets as well as the quantity of flowers included in each bouquet. As the bouquets are handcrafted, slight variations may exist depending on the season, arrivals and the florist's inspiration.

We always guarantee the number of flowers, colour and quality advertised.

How do I keep my bouquet for as long as possible?

To make the most of your bouquet:

  • Cut the stems at an angle upon receipt
  • Place the bouquet in a clean vase with fresh water
  • Remove leaves that are submerged in water
  • Change the water every 2 days
  • Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and heat sources
  • Trim the stems slightly with each water change

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by:

  • Credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay)
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Revolut Pay

All payments are 100% secure thanks to our payment partner Stripe.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, subject to conditions:

  • Modification: Possible as long as you have not received the email informing you that your bouquet is being processed (second email sent by Madame-ArtisanFleuriste.com when an order is placed)
  • Cancellation: Possible as long as you have not received the email informing you that your bouquet is being processed (second email sent by Madame-ArtisanFleuriste.com when an order is placed). In this case your payment will be fully refunded.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your order summary
  • The scheduled delivery date
  • The recipient's details
  • Your order number

A second email will be sent to you when we have prepared your bouquet and it goes out for delivery.

A third email will be sent to you when your bouquet is delivered.

Can I add a personalised message?

Absolutely! When ordering, you can add a free personalised message that will accompany your bouquet.

What should I do if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter a problem:

  • Contact us within 24 hours following delivery, after that it will be too late given the perishable nature of our bouquets.
  • Send us photos if possible
  • Our team will analyse the situation and offer you an appropriate solution (replacement, partial or full credit, partial or full refund)
